Playable Alpha prototype
A sci-fi choose-your-path crisis-management game inspired by classic adventure books. Pick a scenario, make hard decisions, and see what kind of future humanity earns.
Game overview
In 2135, players choose from a range of grounded, speculative, and fantastical crisis scenarios. Each run is about weighing imperfect choices and trying to keep humanity alive through cascading consequences.
The current version is an Alpha prototype, so the page will stay simple while the game is still growing. Screenshots, itch.io details, and more specific feature notes can be added here as they are ready.
Launch roadmap
2135 is currently focused on proving the core loop before final art, audio, and launch polish. Dates are directional and may shift as playtesting shapes the game. You may experience unpolished images, audio, and other media that are merely placeholders at this time.
Core systems are playable, including scenario selection, MORA briefings, directives, status tracking, broadcasts, endings, and the Legacy Log.
Stabilize the model scenario, tighten the turn structure, reduce friction, and gather early feedback on whether a full run feels fun without explanation.
Build out the first launch scenarios with distinct questions, broadcasts, endings, and play lengths so each crisis feels meaningfully different.
Refine MORA, newscasts, status screens, directives, and endings so the game feels dark, funny, readable, and easier to understand moment to moment.
Replace placeholders with a consistent retro sci-fi direction, improve screen fit and accessibility, and add scenario-specific presentation polish.
Test complete playthroughs, balance difficulty, verify browser play, prepare the itch.io page, and move into launch prep once major rewrites are complete.
